Hello Everyone! For the last few weeks, I have received messages about the RTX 3080 Cards as the hype building up around it has been pretty insane globally. Although real gaming performance was not as great as the original announcement by Nvidia, the performance gains is nothing to scoff at and it has pretty much sold out Globally.

I have contacted my dedicated suppliers regarding the RTX 3080 graphic cards and the news i received is what i have never heard of.

Basically, since the Graphics Cards sold out in the USA immediately, suppliers in Korea are apparently shipping the cards meant for the Korean Market to the States as people in the states are currently willing to pay more for them than what it is expected to retail for within Korea.

That means that it will probably take a few weeks for supply and prices to normalize and once they do, i expect RTX 3080 Cards to cost anywhere from 1 million KRW to 1.1 Million KRW for most models which is what the RTX 2080 and 2080 Super retailed for.

For now, I will be updating my Desktop pricing document to include the RTX 3080 and 3090 with the price being "TBD" as the RTX 2080 super, and 2080 ti has been discontinued and sold out for weeks and they will be available for purchase when stock comes in.

Thank you for reading!

Why so much hype over this gpu?

I hope the 20xx cards will be much cheaper. Maybe then I can upgrade to 2060 or higher πŸ™‚

Hehe...I actually came here just to ask you about the 3080s! Thanks for letting us know.

Hopefully COVID calms down and I can come up and get a second desktop

What will be a price for 3070? πŸ€”

3080 i think is 1.4m won or more and 3090 is double that

3080 The next generation is 4000?

This is a white-themed Build a customer ordered from me because they saw a previous White build i posted recently.

This is my current Tier 8 Gaming Desktop with each component changed to meet a specific color theme that looks absolutely stunning.

The current Tier 8 Gaming Desktop Uses Intel's latest I7 processor which is an 8 Core - 16 Thread Processor which has the same amount of cores and threads as the 9th Generation Intel I9 processors. Regardless if you choose Team Intel or Team AMD for your next build, we should all thank AMD for restarting competition in the Processor Race so the consumers get better hardware.

Combined with the RTX 2080 Super from Nvidia, there isn't any games I could personally think of that won't run well with this monster rig.

Specs:

CPU: Intel I7 10700K
Mobo: Gigabyte Z490 Vision G
Ram: GEIL DDR4 16GB 3200Mhz Super LUCE RGB Sync
Graphics Card: GALAX RTX 2080 Super EX Gaming Wh.
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB
HDD: Seagate 2TB
Case: NZXT H510 Matte White
Power: Corsair RM750 80Plus Gold
Cooler: Corsair Hydro H100i RGB Platinum SE

Not bad components but the case. Where is the front control panel? I see no real way of cooling the components in an enclosed case. No airflow= warm components = poor performance. Just saying

Every once in a while, I get a really special build request that exceeds the typical limits of Gamers that put all of us in awe and this is one of those builds.

This build answers the question of how to get more Graphical performance than the best Consumer Graphic Card in the market and the answer is to get two of them.

This customer requested this build, not for gaming, but for deep learning and therefore needed a computer to be able to perform tons of CPU and GPU calculations.

This computer uses the AMD Ryzen 9 3900X Processor which is a 12 core 24 Thread processor along with 64GB Ram and Two, yes Two, Nvidia RTX 2080 TI Graphic Cards.

This type of build really shows up the current technological capabilities of modern Consumer Level Hardware and it is indeed exciting.

Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X
Mobo: Gigabyte X570 Aorus Ultra
Ram: G.Skill DDR4 64GB 3200Mhz Trident Z RGB
Graphics Card: EVGA RTX 2080 TI x 2
SSD: Seagate 520 M.2 2TB SSD
Case: ABKO Suitmaster 321X BLK
Power: Corsair AX1600i 80Plus Titanium
Cooler: Corsair H100i RGB Platinum SE
MISC: MSI NVLink Bridge

My dreem...

Such overkill build. But if that was me, I prefer wait for 3080 ti instead 2080ti sli.

What is the approximate cost for such a build ...? Reckon software is in addition ...

Can you deliver computer here in yongin city?

The rich customer πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

hm?

Great work! I’d be curious what the Ti card temps get up to while crunching through a learning session with fans alone. My hardline system gets up to around 77° at 100% utilization.

Wow, just simply Wow

Hello Fans! I few of my customers have messaged me informing me that their MS Office is no longer opening on their computer and is greeted by the following error message.

The issue seems to be caused by AVAST Cleanup which is a program that is included when installing Avast Antivirus and the issue is caused when this Cleanup program is updated.

While i have personally not included Avast products in my new computers for more than a year, i have in the past so a large majority of my previous customers have it.

If you are also experiencing this issue, one of my customers have found a solution:

1) press the start button and type in 'registry editor' and launch it.

2) Go to the following path:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\

3) Go to excel.exe and you should see where it says 'debugger' with a reference to Avast Cleanup and delete it.

4) Do the same for powerpnt.exe and winword.exe.

5) Restart your computer and your office applications should work again.

6) Uninstall Avast Cleanup (and optionally the entire Avast Antivirus Software)

Also, if you have any of the mentioned Avast Software installed on your computer with no issues, i recommend you uninstall it.

Thanks Phil... I'll be checking when I get home

Updated Desktop prices has finally been released for June 2020!

Historically, desktop prices have always updated every 3-4 months to reflect any sudden changes in components or new releases of hardware but there was a long stretch of time where there were no new releases or sudden price changes since last year.

That comes to an end now as Intel has decided to ramp up the competition against AMD by releasing their 10th Generation Coffee lake processors along with the compatible motherboards.

The consensus stays pretty much as the same as intel processors has a slight lead for pure gaming tasks while AMD's Ryzen's processors still excel in productivity workloads.

What is exciting is that Intel has been more generation with core counts to follow its rivals.

The Intel I3 processor is now a 4 Core 8 Thread Processor.

The Intel I5 processors are now a 6 Core 12 Threads.

The Intel I7 processors are now a 8 Core 16 Threads.

The Intel I9 processors are now a 10 Core, 20 Thread processor.

That being said, the 9th Generation intel processors are still available at a lower cost of the 10th Generation hardware for a limited time so if you would like to inquire about how much you want to save by going for the 9th Gen hardware, send me an inquiry.

Hello phil do you build a custom water cooler?

Do you sell Apple notebooks or laptops?

The specs on tiers 1-4 are kind low for how much they cost. I know you're the only English speaker but it seems a bit unfair to charge 1.1k won for a 600-700k PC.

Check dm please sir

This was a build where the customer knew exactly what they wanted. This is the Tier 8 Gaming Desktop in a White/Black Theme. Each Component was carefully selected to portray this White theme without using brands that would be categorized as inferior to the brands and models that I would normally use.

The Result is a great Arctic White Themed Build White RGB lighting that is an ultimate gaming machine! The Case is the upgraded version of the NZXT H510 case which has RGB lighting that is controlled by the NZXT Cam software while the Motherboard, Ram, GPU, and CPU Cooler have RGB lights controlled by various software.

Specs:

CPU: Intel I7 9700KF
Mobo: Asus Z390-A
Ram: Teamgroup T-Force Delta RGB White 16GB 3200Mhz
Graphics Card: GALAX RTX 2080 Super EX Gaming Wh.
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB
HDD: Seagate 2TB
Case: NZXT H510i Matte White
Power: Corsair RM750X White
Cooler: Corsair Hydro H100i RGB Platinum SE

This is an impressive build that i am proud of presenting. This build takes my Tier 8 Gaming Desktop and elevates it to the next level cosmetically. The main color theme of this build is Rainbow RGB with black undertones resulting is a pretty colorful desktop.

This specific case in this desktop is the ABKO Suitmaster 321X in black (also available in white). The main feature of this case are 4 RGB fans with a button near the power button that lets you change the colors and color patterns easily to match any theme. The design quality is pretty impressive with thick panels.

Specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X
Mobo: MSI X570 Gaming Pro Carbon Wifi
Ram: G.Skill DDR4 32GB 3200Mhz Trident Z RGB (16GBx2)
