The customer service I received while getting my Macbook fixed up was excellent. I sent a Facebook message describing the hardware issue I was having and he was able to diagnose it right away. After hunting down his shop in Yongsan, he problem solved all issues immediately and gave me about 3 cost-effective solutions, and even took his time for me to catch up with the tech lingo – as I’m not terribly tech savvy myself. He had the laptop for 2 days and shipped it back to me in Incheon and I haven’t an issue with it since; in fact it’s working faster and better than before thanks to some recommended upgrades.
