About Phil
My name is Phil and I am a full-time computer technician and father. I was born and raised in New York City, and I have been living in Seoul since 2010. I have over 15 years of experience working with computers. I originally moved to Korea as an international university student and I started this business while I was in school. By the time I had graduated, I was running the largest English computer business in Seoul with a great reputation. With the help of the expat community, I continued to grow the business into the well-known business it is today.

Phil saved my life. No but really, my mac fried up while I'm working remotely. Had several important deadlines coming up, not having my machine was going to be a huge nightmare. Apple is so slow. My mac is pre-Right-to-repair act so sourcing parts is very tricky, but Phil had his people call their people and I had it back in under a week. As other reviews pointed out, he is both clearly extremely knowledgeable but also kind and friendly and positive. And patient haha. He also offered me some interim solutions and just very clearly was in problem solving mode and on my team. I confidently recommend Phil to anyone who needs a hand with their machine.

Great Help and Great Vibes – Thank You! I came in with a Dell laptop that suddenly wouldn’t turn on. I thought the motherboard might be dead, but Phil quickly diagnosed the issue, opened the laptop, disconnected the battery, performed a full power reset — and brought it back to life. He was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also super friendly, honest, and genuinely helpful. And to top it all off — he didn’t charge me anything, saying it was part of the initial examination. He’s not just doing his job — he really wants to help. One of the best tech service experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended. (BTW, the location is inside the 21 building, on the 3rd floor — not outside like it may seem on Google Maps.)
